David is the owner of the restaurant 'Mon Rêve', his dried meats are smoked on site

Some of our cheeses and ice creams come from La Ferme de L'Eau Blanche, located in Virelles.
Chimay cheeses are made by the Abbey of Scourmont.
The smoked sausages with wild garlic and mustard come from Boyard's located in Virelles
Our pizzas (chimacienne, country-style and mozarella tomatoes) come from Fagnes et Saveurs, also located in Virelles.
Finally, the dish of the day is the fruit of the manager's inspiration according to his availability and is offered at free and conscious prices.
